Anzili Shop owners are expected to ship all orders within the same day* of the date the order notification is made available by Anzili on their shop.
*Special exceptions are made in the following scenarios:
- The items are pre-order and this information is available to the customer at the point of purchase
- A special arrangement has been made with the Anzili delivery team and communicated to the customer by the shop owner
