When you complete a purchase, you will receive a 6-9 alphanumeric delivery code on your payment SMS from us.
You're requested to provide this code to the delivery agent at the point of delivery to confirm that the goods delivered are what you ordered and are in an acceptable state, after your verification.
NB: It's important to read the below conditions.
- If the goods you receive are not what you ordered or are damaged, decline receipt of the goods and don't provide the delivery confirmation code!
- If you accept the goods and fail to provide the delivery confirmation code it is implied that you have accepted the delivered goods and they were in an acceptable state.
- You are not eligible to make a claim after you have accepted the goods delivered.
