Merchant Questions


  • What are your fees?

    If you're on a subscription plan, you pay the indicated subscription plans for your plan, plus the applicable commission per transaction. Applicable carrier SMS fees for notifications and VAT (Value Added Tax) on the commission and subscription also apply.

  • Are there other fees that you charge?

    No, we do not charge extra fees apart from that indicated on our pricing tables.

  • Do you charge to withdraw money from the payments dashboard?

    Anzili does not charge for withdrawals. Your bank or platform to which you are making a withdrawal may append their charges.

  • Who bears the transaction charge for credit and debit cards?

    By default, you bear the transaction charges. These charges are currently set at 2.7% of the transaction value by card providers. We do not take any of these charges.

  • When do I receive my money?

    By default, you receive the money instantly after it's paid by the customer. However for Anzili shop owners the funds are released to you after receipt of goods by the customer. For services or direct payments, the funds are available for use immediately.

  • Are there any transaction limits?

    No we don't have any transaction limits.

  • What is a merchant account?

    A merchant account is an account where your money is deposited after your customers’ payments have been authorized and processed.

  • Why is my customer’s card being declined?

    Cards can be declined by the card-issuing bank or by Anzili if any information is entered incorrectly.

  • What card brands and card types do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Discover.
